Preparation

  2. Cut deep pockets into the chicken breasts.
  3. Fill the cuts with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Combine thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes; sprinkle over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Move the seared chicken to an oven-safe skillet.
  4. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (165 degrees F).
Serving
