Cooking

Serving
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then add butter, shallot, and garlic; cook briefly.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
- Whisk cornstarch with water, add to the sauce to thicken.
- Stir in lemon zest, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce over the cooked chicken before serving.
