Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Cook the ground turkey in a skillet with taco seasoning over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add chopped bell peppers and onions to the skillet; sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread salsa evenly over the crust.
  4. Add the cooked turkey mixture on top of the salsa.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously over the toppings.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
