Method
Preparation
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge.
Cooking
- In a large bowl, place the white chocolate chips.
- Shake and pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk over the chocolate chips.
- Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, allowing the chocolate to melt.
- Stir in the matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth.
Serving
- Pour the fudge into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place it in the freezer for 2 hours or until it becomes firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, then slice into 16 bars.
- Keep in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
For a more intense matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder up to 2 tablespoons. Microwave in short intervals to prevent overheating the chocolate. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for cleaner edges.
