Preparation
  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, place the white chocolate chips.
  2. Shake and pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk over the chocolate chips.
  3. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, allowing the chocolate to melt.
  4. Stir in the matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Mix the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth.
Serving
  1. Pour the fudge into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Place it in the freezer for 2 hours or until it becomes firm.
  3. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, then slice into 16 bars.
  4. Keep in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

For a more intense matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder up to 2 tablespoons. Microwave in short intervals to prevent overheating the chocolate. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for cleaner edges.
