Mixing
- Add the cold heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and salt to the mixing bowl.
- Beat on medium-high speed until soft to medium peaks form and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Serving
- Use immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for the best volume. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
