- Add mango chunks, yogurt, and maple syrup or honey to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Evenly pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
- Tap the molds on the counter to release any air pockets.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze the molds overnight or for at least 5 hours until solid.
Notes
Choose ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness and flavor. Adjust the sweetness to taste before freezing. Allow popsicles to sit out for a few minutes to ease removal.
