Preparation
  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, and maple syrup or honey to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Evenly pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Tap the molds on the counter to release any air pockets.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze the molds overnight or for at least 5 hours until solid.

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness and flavor. Adjust the sweetness to taste before freezing. Allow popsicles to sit out for a few minutes to ease removal.
