  • 2 cups cubed ripe mangoes Provides natural sweetness and creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves Adds fresh flavor and aroma.
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice Gives zesty acidity to balance sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup white rum Spirit base adding warmth.
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup Enhances sweetness, adjust according to mango ripeness.
  • 2 cups seltzer water Adds fizziness and refreshing element.

Preparation
  1. Blend the mango and mint. Add your mango cubes and mint to a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Add seltzer and lime. Add in the seltzer water and lime juice and mix again for up to 10 seconds to combine.
  3. Combine with rum. Pour the mango mixture into a large pitcher and add in the white rum. Stir vigorously for about 15-30 seconds to incorporate.
  4. Taste and sweeten. Taste and add the appropriate amount of simple syrup based on the sweetness of your mangoes, stirring again.
  5. Serve over ice. Pour into an ice-filled glass and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use ripe mangoes, and garnish with mint for presentation. Chill glasses beforehand for an extra refreshing experience.
