Ingredients
  

For the Lemonade Mixture
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup honey Natural sweetener to balance acidity.
  • 2 1/2 cups cold water To dilute the lemon juice for a refreshing taste.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest Enhances the lemon flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dissolve the honey by adding it and 1/2 cup of the cold water to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low for 1 to 2 minutes, whisking until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour the honey water into a large measuring cup. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and the remaining 2 1/2 cups of cold water. Whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, freeze the popsicles overnight. You can add fresh fruit slices or layer different juices for a variation in flavor and decoration.
