Cooking
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until flaky and just cooked.
- Check the salmon for doneness; it should easily flake apart.
Serving
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and kosher salt, adding water last to adjust for desired consistency.
- Plate the salmon and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the lemon dill sauce over each fillet. Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
