Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, sauté chopped carrots and celery until softened.
  5. Stir in orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat; add cooked chicken back into the pot.
  8. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until orzo is cooked through.
  9. Stir in lemon juice and fresh herbs right before serving.

Notes

This recipe can be meal prepped, stores well in the fridge for up to three days, and can be frozen for up to three months. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with crusty bread.
