Preparation

- Place the frozen taquitos on top of the bean layer.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the taquitos to cover them completely.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
- Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh chopped cilantro.
