Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and salsa until well mixed.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in a casserole dish.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the chips.
- Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with remaining chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; can be frozen before baking for up to 2 months.
