Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, canned tomato sauce, and water to create the sauce.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, diced green chiles, and fresh cilantro into the sauce mixture.
  5. Transfer the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top the mixture with a generous layer of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
