Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure all ingredients are ready for blending.
Blending
  1. Add chickpeas, avocados, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, cumin, sea salt, and ground pepper to the blender.
  2. Pulse until minced.
  3. Blend until smooth; add water if necessary.
Serving

Notes

For best taste, chill the hummus for an hour before serving. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. Freezing is also an option for longer storage.
