Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set up the Instant Pot and turn on the 'Sauté' mode.
  2. Add olive oil and butter into the pot.
  3. When heated, add onions and garlic; sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and green pepper, along with tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; sauté for 2 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Break spaghetti in half and lay it on top of the vegetables.
  2. Pour marinara sauce and water over the spaghetti. Do not stir!
  3. Put the lid on and turn the valve to 'Sealing.'
  4. Select 'Manual' mode and set the timer for 4 minutes.
  5. When the cook time is over, do a quick pressure release.
Serving
  1. Remove the lid and stir everything until well combined.
  2. Continue cooking uncovered on 'Sauté' mode until excess liquid is evaporated and absorbed by the spaghetti.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese, then enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of balsamic vinegar or a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing. Use fresh vegetables for the best texture and taste. Adjust cooking time based on preferred pasta texture.
