Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chicken cutlets with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and ensure they’re fully coated with crushed corn flakes.
- Lay the coated chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, whisk together honey, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- After 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven, top with crumbled feta cheese, and drizzle with hot honey sauce.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cooked through and golden.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
