Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, hot cocoa protein shake, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- Incorporate melted coconut oil, flax eggs, and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in half of the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan and press it evenly into the bottom.
Baking
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle mini marshmallows and the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Switch your oven to broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning the marshmallows.
- Remove from the oven, allow cooling, slice, and enjoy!
