For the Chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, ginger, lime juice, garlic, and Sriracha to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade into a reusable freezer bag, add the chicken, remove air, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to high heat and brush grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serving
  1. Transfer the chicken to a platter, garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also simmer the marinade to serve as a sauce alongside the chicken. Experiment with different herbs for added depth.
