Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the old fashioned rolled oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseed meal, white sesame seeds, ground cinnamon, and flaky sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the raw honey with hot water and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Pour your honey mixture over the dry oat mixture and stir thoroughly with a spatula until well combined.
  5. Thinly spread this mixture onto your prepared sheet pan.
  6. Cover with a second layer of parchment paper and press down with a second sheet pan until the mixture is evenly flattened, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Remove the top parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  2. Allow to cool in the pan before breaking into bark pieces.
Storage
  1. Store leftover granola bark in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
