  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well to create the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
