  4. Mix again, adjusting sweetness or tanginess according to preference.
  5. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Add finely chopped herbs for extra flavor. Letting the dressing sit overnight deepens the flavor.
