For Assembly

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a small skillet over medium heat and add butter or coconut oil.
  2. Once melted, stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Cook the Peaches
  1. Add the sliced peaches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and lightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and fully combined. Stir in cottage cheese.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Add the yogurt mixture to a bowl, then top with the warm caramelized peaches and granola or cereal.
  2. Finish with an extra drizzle of maple syrup and almond butter, and sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It's best to keep granola separate until ready to eat to maintain its crunch. Can be prepared and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, but add peaches and granola just before serving.
