Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle lightly with sea salt; allow to sit for a few minutes before squeezing out moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine prepared zucchini, ground chicken, beaten egg, cottage cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add around 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.
  2. Form small patties using a spatula directly in the pan to ensure they hold together.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and fully cooked through.
