Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly spritz a 12-cup silicone muffin tray with oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine room temperature eggs, raw honey or maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.
Cooking
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, almond flour, and cacao powder until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the batter equally among the 12 muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
