- In a large bowl, combine room temperature eggs, raw honey or maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, almond flour, and cacao powder until thoroughly combined.
- Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter equally among the 12 muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
