Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, lime juice, and cinnamon and whisk to blend. Set aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. When hot, lightly coat the grates with oil spray.
  2. Lightly brush the pineapple slices with the marinade.
  3. Grill the slices, turning once and basting once or twice with the remaining marinade, until tender and golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream for a delightful treat.

Notes

For best results, use ripe pineapples and serve immediately after grilling.
