Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush one side of the dough lightly with olive oil.
Grilling
- Carefully place the oiled side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 3–4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the dough using a spatula and spread tomato sauce evenly on the grilled side.
- Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Slice and enjoy your delicious grilled pepperoni pizza!
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before grilling. Experiment with different cheese blends for a unique taste.
