  • 1 cup pepperoni slices Offers a savory, satisfying flavor profile.
  • 1 teaspoon oregano Enhances the pizza’s aroma and adds herbal notes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough lightly with olive oil.
Grilling
  1. Carefully place the oiled side down on the grill.
  2. Grill for about 3–4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  3. Flip the dough using a spatula and spread tomato sauce evenly on the grilled side.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  7. Slice and enjoy your delicious grilled pepperoni pizza!

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before grilling. Experiment with different cheese blends for a unique taste.
