Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
- Wash the peaches and cut them in half, removing the pit.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- If using honey, drizzle it over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon and a pinch of salt on top.
Cooking
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Once you see grill marks and the peaches are slightly softened, flip them over for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Choose perfectly ripe peaches for the best flavor and texture. Consider marinating the peaches in honey and spices for deeper flavor. Use a grill basket for smaller pieces.
