Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces Ripe Peaches Fresh and juicy, perfect for grilling
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Adds richness and helps prevent sticking
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Enhances sweetness and adds a lovely glaze
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon A warm spice that complements the peaches
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor and balances sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
  2. Wash the peaches and cut them in half, removing the pit.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. If using honey, drizzle it over the cut sides of the peaches.
  5. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and a pinch of salt on top.
Cooking
  1. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Once you see grill marks and the peaches are slightly softened, flip them over for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose perfectly ripe peaches for the best flavor and texture. Consider marinating the peaches in honey and spices for deeper flavor. Use a grill basket for smaller pieces.
