Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
  3. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving
  1. Serve with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon, if desired.

Notes

Consider marinating the chicken overnight for maximum flavor absorption and tenderness. Use a grill pan indoors if you don’t have access to an outdoor grill.
