For the Chicken

Preparation

  3. Cook the sauce. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes before letting it cool.
  4. Prepare the grill. Heat up the grill to medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Grill the chicken. Place chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side.
  2. Brush with BBQ sauce. Apply the homemade BBQ sauce and cook for another 2 minutes per side, reserving some sauce for serving.
Serving
