- Whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced avocado, mango, sliced grilled chicken, and diced red onion until well combined.
- Fill a large salad platter with baby red butter lettuce or divide the greens into four small dishes.
