- Halve the avocados and remove the pits, spritzing the cut side with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the preheated grill grate.
- Grill uncovered for about 5 minutes or until the avocados soften and light char marks appear.
Serving
- Remove the avocado halves from the grill with tongs, squeeze fresh lime juice over them, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use ripe avocados and avoid overcooking. Serve with diced tomatoes or as a side dish with grilled proteins.
