- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, diced onion, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, chop the cucumber and prepare the tzatziki sauce.
Assembly
- In bowls, layer the meatballs, fresh cucumber, and a generous dollop of tzatziki. Crumble feta cheese on top.
