Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground meat Any type like beef, turkey, or chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs For binding the meatballs and texture.
  • 1 small Red onion, diced Adds sweetness and tang.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped For freshness.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh oregano, chopped Brings aroma.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
Toppings and Garnishes
  • 1 medium Cucumber, chopped For a refreshing bite.
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce Creamy and tangy dressing.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Adds depth to the bowl.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, diced onion, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  2. While the meatballs are baking, chop the cucumber and prepare the tzatziki sauce.
Assembly
  1. In bowls, layer the meatballs, fresh cucumber, and a generous dollop of tzatziki. Crumble feta cheese on top.
  2. Enjoy warm, and feel free to add more fresh veggies or herbs to your liking!

Notes

Use fresh herbs for better flavor. This recipe is great for meal prep; meatballs can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
