Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry or use a salad spinner.
  2. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes, and add to the bowl with the lettuce.
  4. Finely chop the red onion and parsley, then toss into the salad bowl.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
Combine
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
