Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it’s fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef, stirring well to combine. Let this mixture cool slightly.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking/Assembling
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten a biscuit in your palm to create a base for filling.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a handful of cheddar cheese in the center of the flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Shape it into a ball.
- Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serving
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm, with a side of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
Notes
These bombs can be prepared ahead of time. Assemble, freeze, and bake fresh when ready to serve. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
