- Heat the vegan butter in a pan over medium-high heat until melted.
- Add the mushrooms and salt to the pan, swirling the ingredients together.
- Let the mushroom mixture cook for about 3-5 minutes on one side without moving them to allow caramelization.
- Turn the mushrooms over and let them brown on the other side for another 3-5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and reduce the heat to medium. The garlic should sizzle when added.
- Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, mixing everything to prevent burning.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and heat through for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle more parsley on top, and serve. Enjoy as a side or addition to a main dish.
Notes
For best results, use a variety of mushrooms, ensure the pan is hot before cooking, and do not overcrowd the pan.
