Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and well combined for about 3 minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, vegetable oil, egg, milk, and cake batter flavor extract until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  4. Fold in Funfetti morsels and rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, place rounded dough onto prepared sheets about an inch apart.
  2. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges turn slightly golden but the centers remain soft.
  3. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
