Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  5. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  8. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  9. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Notes

Use high-quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor. For even fudgier brownies, slightly underbake them. You can swap out some of the all-purpose flour for almond flour for a nutty flavor. Chill the brownies in the fridge for a firmer texture.
