Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the slow cooker. Put the cherry tomatoes, feta, oregano, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper into the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours until tomatoes are soft and bursting.
  2. Blend the sauce with a hand blender or mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain.
Serving
  1. Add the basil and pasta to the sauce in the slow cooker and stir well to combine.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh ingredients and consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat. Adjust salt after blending for a balanced flavor profile.
