Cooking
- Sauté the vegetables: Add onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until translucent.

- Combine ingredients: Add carrots, celery, diced tomatoes, chicken bone broth, tomato paste, and spices.
- Simmer: Cook in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low, or on the stovetop for about 30-40 minutes until heated through.

Notes
