Main ingredients
  • 4 fillets salmon Rich protein source

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger.
Cooking
  1. Brush the salmon with the teriyaki sauce mixture.
  2. Place the salmon in the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until flaky.
  3. Remove the salmon and add your choice of vegetables to the skillet.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender yet crispy, around 3-5 minutes.
Plating
  1. Plate the salmon on top of the stir-fried veggies and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use fresh fish for the best flavor and texture. Consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes for more intense flavors.
