Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the beef by placing the sliced rib eye steak in a large Ziploc bag. In a small bowl, mix coconut aminos, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and Korean red pepper paste, then add to the beef and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cooking
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add half of the marinated meat and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining meat.
Serving
  1. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, and serve over cooked rice.

Notes

For the best results, choose good quality rib eye steak and allow sufficient marination time. Adjust the spice level according to your preference.
