Preparation
  1. Begin by cooking the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, let the rice cool and mix in the rice vinegar.
  3. While the rice cools, slice the cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
  4. Shred the imitation crab and set aside.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, add a scoop of sushi rice as the base.
  2. Top with cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing meal.

Notes
