Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add the water and stir to combine to form a shaggy, wet dough.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  5. Place a Dutch oven in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.
  6. On a floured surface, form the dough into a round shape and transfer it using parchment paper into the hot Dutch oven.
  7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover.
  8. Bake another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes
