- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly, about 1/8-inch thick.

- Layer the cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to create sandwiches.
- Slice the sandwiches into quarters or halves, depending on your preference.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture. Use gluten-free bread for a suitable alternative. For a spicier kick, layer sliced jalapeƱos with the cucumber. Prep the cream cheese spread a day ahead to save time. Make sure to dry the cucumber slices with a paper towel to prevent sogginess.
