- Add chicken to the Crockpot. Place the boneless, skinless chicken thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Serving
- Garnish and serve. Once done, keep the chicken whole and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy it with pilaf, baked potatoes, or shredded in tacos and sandwiches.

For best results, keep the lid on while cooking to prevent moisture loss. Use homemade BBQ sauce for enhanced flavor. The chicken can be shredded before serving for easier consumption. Avoid overcrowding the slow cooker for even cooking.
