- Cook the garden rotini pasta according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine the rinsed pasta with the chopped vegetables.
Dressing and Assembly
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Italian vinaigrette dressing, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, ground black pepper, and sugar.
