Preparation
- Blend the softened cream cheese in a food processor until smooth.
- Incorporate the feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, oregano, and lemon juice into the processor.
- Continue blending until all ingredients are well mixed and creamy.
- You can serve the dip right away or store it in an airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
- To serve warm, transfer to a baking dish, cover, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Serve with toasted naan bread, crackers, pita chips, pretzels, French bread, or veggies.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier blending. Let the dip chill in the fridge for a couple of hours for flavors to meld. Experiment with fresh herbs for added flavor.
