Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Cooking
  1. Add dry ditalini pasta, chicken broth, half and half, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  2. Increase heat to bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender.
  4. Once the pasta is tender, remove the skillet from the heat. Add freshly grated Parmesan and salted butter, tossing to combine.
  5. Adjust seasoning by adding more salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Great for meal prep and can be easily reheated. Can substitute with gluten-free pasta or non-dairy alternatives for dietary needs.
