Method
 

Preparation
  1. Make the chipotle mayo by blending mayonnaise, chipotle chiles, adobo sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread chipotle mayo on a tortilla.
  2. Add arugula, followed by chicken, feta, salsa, and avocado.
  3. Drizzle more chipotle mayo on top and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges.
  5. Optional: Heat the wrap in a dry skillet for about 2 minutes on each side for extra crispiness.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.
