  1. Pulse the peas and kale in a food processor until well mixed.
  2. Add cashews, vegan Parmesan cheese, lime juice, and sea salt into the food processor. Blend for a few pulses.
  3. With the food processor still running, slowly pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon at a time. Blend until completely combined and creamy, ensuring there are no whole pieces.
  4. Taste the pesto and add another tablespoon of olive oil if desired, along with more sea salt to taste.
  5. Your creamy cashew pea pesto is ready to be served and savored!

Notes

Soak cashews in water for a few hours to enhance creaminess. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and adjust the amount of olive oil based on desired thickness.
