Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and vinegar.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
  3. Add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper, then mix again until smooth and creamy.
  4. For optimal taste, refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld, though it can be used immediately if needed.

Notes

For an extra zing, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper. Allow the sauce to rest longer in the fridge for deeper flavor integration. This sauce can be made ahead of time and stored for up to a week.
